My life's work, deeply rooted in spirituality, healing, and personal growth didn't just save my life; it became the essence of all I do as a fellow seeker, creator, teacher, and entrepreneur.


I know what it feels like to face overwhelming challenges, emotional stress, and self-doubt. My path has been one of deep learning and transformation—through the guidance of life itself as well as incredible healers, therapists, and mentors—I’ve rebuilt how I think, what I believe, and what I know is possible. This personal growth journey combined with my 25 years of professional experience is at the center of my work with clients.

As the author of The Moon Deck and an embodiment teacher leading global retreats, I’ve also connected with thousands of others, offering tools that inspire hope, healing, and connection.
